The Chelsea City Council selected Dustin Suntheimer as its newest member Tuesday night, according to a story on the Chelsea Update.

His appointment was to fill the seat of former council member Kent Martinez-Kratz, who is leaving because he was elected to the County Board of Commissioners.

According to the story, four candidates interviewed to fill the seat, and Suntheimer received a winning five votes.
