Nothing says he caused the accident - only that he was one of the five cars.

For those who don't know, Brandon Inge is a baseball player for the Detroit Tigers. He hit .197 last year. He did a fine job after returning from Toledo and we all felt good about it. Nobody was hurt in this accident. He hit .197 last year.

So says a person who's avatar implies that an American journalistic icon who tragically succumbed to cancer is now doomed to walk the earth, neither alive nor dead, for all eternity, his immortal soul never finding peace. Too soon, I say!

OK, then. I guess that makes a snide comment about an accident OK. And I'm certain you're the only person in all of Washtenaw County who does not know the story of Brandon Inge. And, even if that were true, it would remain a classless comment. GN&GL

Not sure why anyone would think it's a money grab, he hit them. Does 5 tow trucks still make it minor considering one of the trucks he took out was one ton?

Brandon Inge showed a lot of character coming back from his early season slump by working hard to get back to Detroit after being sent down to Toledo. He batted .429 with 7 at-bats against the Yankees post season, and .267 over 15 at-bats against Texas. His on-base percentage was .500 and .389 for the respective series. I'm glad no one was injured in the accident.

I drove up to this accident... as I was sitting in the line of cars, WCSD was pulling up too and then I realized I was behind all the cars that were invovled in this accident... which was atleast 5 or 6... I got a GREAT pic of the truck in the pond!!!

Salt trucks on County Roads? Nowfunding for employees for public safety but we give hundreds of thousand of dollars to SPARK and Conan Smith still owes the taxpayers money he hasn't paid back yet. Maybe that is the real story here.

I hope this ends up just being what it is, an accident with nobody injured. But I wouldn't be surprised if it turns into a money grab of some kind.

I heard an officer call for "5 wreckers and a salt truck" on the scanner.

Was he charged with an error, or was it the other drivers fault ?
