Mlive: Autopsy results awaited in death of child; Ypsilanti man held in jail on child abuse charge

Timothy Martin, 25, was being held Monday in the Lenawee County jail on a first-degree child abuse charge after the death of LeRoy Henry Beals, 1, of Hudson.

The child died Wednesday evening after going to Toledo Children’s Hospital Monday night with injuries. Martin had been arrested earlier that day. He is the boyfriend of the child’s mother, Erin Graham.

The child’s funeral was scheduled for Monday afternoon.
