Ann Arbor area AT&T customers are experiencing a service disruption Monday morning and are unable to make or receive phone calls.

The outage, initially reported by WXYZ, appears to only be affecting phone calls. Data services and text messaging appear to be functioning properly. The outage extends throughout the metro-Detroit region.

This post will be updated when further information is available from AT&T regarding the cause of the outage and timing of return of service.
