This is further evidence of the mismanagement of the city's infrastructure by hizzoner and his minions. While hizzoner focuses his attention on choo-choo trains, bike paths and public art, the city's infrastructure decays.

It was a big rainstorm that lasted days. Could've happened anywhere. Ann Arbor's infrastructure is fine. Good riddance.
