A 2-year-old was rushed to the hospital this afternoon after the child was pulled from a Superior Township pool and didn't have a pulse, Washtenaw County sheriff's deputies say.

The child was found at 2:30 p.m. in a pool on Mario Court shortly after being reported missing by family members, sheriff's department spokesman Derrick Jackson said.

The family was visiting the neighborhood, Jackson said.

Deputies did not have any other details.
