The getDowntown Program is seeking a creative T-shirt design that depicts the sustainable commuting lifestyle in all its glory. The winning designer will have his or her image on our 2011 Commuter Challenge T-shirts and will also receive a $100 gift card to Bivouac Ann Arbor. Commuter Challenge T-Shirt Design Contest

Mission: The getDowntown Program is seeking a great design to be printed on T-shirts for the 2011 Commuter Challenge. We need a design that gets people excited about sustainable commuting. By sustainable commuting we mean biking to work, walking to work, car-sharing, using public transportation and being environmentally friendly. So get on your creative thinking helmets, crank up your design software and show us what you’ve got!

Prize: $100 Bivouac Gift Card + one T-shirt with the winning design

Rules: The design should be 8 inches x 8 inches

Your design must be wholly original. By submitting a design you are guaranteeing that you hold rights to everything in it, and that it does not contain any copyright material.

All submitted designs will become the sole property of the getDowntown Program, which will have sole authority to select the winning design and retain sole rights to use the design as the getDowntown Program sees fit.

Your original design must be submitted electronically as a Vector Art file to moira@getdowntown.org by 5 p.m. March 11. Please be sure to include a phone number or email address where you can be reached.
