The new water polo camp at Buhr Park's Buhr Pool kicked off its first two-week session on Monday.

The camp offers swimmers of varied skill levels the chance to play water polo. Between Aug. 16-27, the pool is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to noon for water polo classes. There are three hour-long sessions each day for different age groups: ages 12 and up swim between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.; ages 8-11 swim from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.; and kids 8 years old and younger play water polo from 11 a.m. to noon.
