Tylenol linked to asthma in teens

Here's a look at some of the top health news being talked about around the U.S. and the world today:

• Teens who regularly take acetaminophen, more often known as Tylenol, were more likely to have asthma than those who never take it, It was reported in BusinessWeek.

• The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved an emergency contraception that will prevent a pregnancy up to five days after a suspected contraceptive failure. It has come under fire from critics who say it can actually induce an abortion, the Los Angeles Times reported.

• Who would want to vacation with a bunch of neuroscientists? A New York Times reporter and photographer recently did. The group was studying the impacts of technology on the brain and what actually happens when people take a few days to unplug from being so connected all the time.
