Here's a look at some of the top health news being talked about around the U.S. and the world today:

• A small medical support plane crashed in Lake Michigan outside of Ludington on Friday. One person survived the crash, the Associated Press reported, but four people are still missing. On Twitter on Friday afternoon, U-M confirmed the plane was not affiliated with the university.

• Government investigators checking up on four genetic testing companies found the companies produced inconsistent and incorrect results for genetic tests and, in some cases, used dishonest sales tactics with consumers.

• University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center researchers found a particularly lethal form of breast cancer among people of African descent.
