Introducing 'In the pews with Bob & Darcy,' our new faith video blog
Whether you go to church weekly or are a CEO at church (Christmas and Easter Only), you likely have questions about God, who God is and what God is able to do for you personally.
Our new video blog, “In the pews with Bob & Darcy” is intended to answer those very questions. Your questions.
Bob and I are the senior and associate ministers at First Congregational Church of Ann Arbor, and we are taking your questions about faith. We’re a non-creedal church, which means we are not trying to push an agenda or make you believe in a particular theology.
Every Wednesday, we’ll answer one of these questions through a short dialogue. Sometimes we’ll agree, and most times, we probably won’t, so you will get two different views and hopefully some clarity on your question. Questions can be submitted to inthepews@fccannarbor.org.
This week’s question comes from Arlene McDaniel in Bath: She asked: Does God listen to our prayers?
Tune in to find out:
Questions for next week’s video may be submitted throughout the entire week, and we’ll post the question we select with the video response to it. We look forward to hearing from you!
Darcy Crain-Polly is the associate pastor at First Congregational Church of Ann Arbor. You can contact her or submit a question for "In the pews with Bob & Darcy" at inthepews@fccannarbor.org.
