A Holiday Tradtion - The first Nutcracker was performed by the Kirov Ballet at the Maryinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, Russia on December 17, 1892. The Nutcracker was introduced into the United States by The San Francisco Ballet on December 24, 1944.

The Dec. 18th performance is a benefit for the Humane Society of Huron Valley - 10% of the proceeds will go to the HSHV for much needed equipment for their wonderful new building.
