I was very disappointed in the water that was supplied via the hydrants. It goes through a cooler, with tubing coiled inside. The idea is to pack the cooler with ice to cool the water. In using the one on North U, the water was very warm. I opened the cooler and found a bag of ice laying on top of the tubing, not ice filling the cooler. No way that works, why bother. Good idea, bad implementation.
