The University Musical Society has announced the cancellation of tonight's scheduled concert by Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra.

The orchestra had a date in Toronto last night and was unable to leave on schedule due to the weather. The group was set to take an overnight bus to Ann Arbor, but conditions in Canada were unsafe and they were advised to remain, UMS said.

UMS will try to contact all ticketholders by phone and email today, and will send a letter with full details about how to exchange or donate tickets, or to obtain a refund.
