Again, he is allowed to stand on the streets, typically corners, wear a mask and play a violin, but, the Michael Jackson dancer wasn't allowed to do so because he was....in an ally. Really? Is this the "only" difference? Good grief Ann Arbor. She really used to be a very different city.
