The 2012 "Crossroads Music Festival" in downtown Ypsilanti continues Friday. The "Annual Teen Graffiti Art Contest" returns to the Ann Arbor District Library on Friday. 11 a.m.-1 p.m. All teens in grades 6-12 are encouraged to enter. Teens who participate will create graffiti art using spray paint on canvas that will be judged by peer teenagers and adults. Spray paint supplies, canvases and easels will be supplied by the library. The top three winners will receive gift certificates for art supplies in the amounts of $75, $50 and $25. Free. The AADL is at 343 S. Fifth Ave., Ann Arbor. 734-327-4200.

The Chelsea Area Players will presents "CAPtivating Rhythms: A 40th Anniversary Revue" at the Washington Street Education Center (WSEC) Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m. A musical revue of CAP's 40 years of community theatre. See musical numbers from "The Sound of Music" to "Seussical." A talented cast of 30 adults and youth from around the county will perform. Tickets on sale at Chelsea Pharmacy and at the door. Operation Injured Soldier will hold their "Annual Ride and Concert In The Park" at the Lyon Township Municipal Center in New Hudson on Saturday. Ride registration begins at 11:00 a.m. Ride leaves at noon. Picnic in the park from noon until dark. A Motorcycle Rodeo begins at 2:30 p.m. There will be raffles and the fire deptartment's "Hose Down" for the kids. This year, the live music will feature Anita Cochran Concert. $20 per rider or passenger and includes lunch and t-shirt. 58000 Grand River Ave., New Hudson.

The "Shadow Art Fair" returns to the Corner Brewery on Saturday. Noon-11:30 p.m. A juried event that allows local artists to exhibit and sell their works within a comfortable, friendly, and supportive setting. This weekend is the "Festival at St. Joseph" at the St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Dexter. Saturday, noon to 10 p.m. Sunday, noon to 6 p.m. Saturday: Classic Car Show, 5K Chase and Race around the Steeple, kids games with inflatables, craft sales, children's entertainment, food raffles, music, bingo, and a Las Vegas tent.
