I'm having an 'Oh Crap Moment', which must mean that I'm onto something big. By big I mean significant. By significant I mean either exceptionally awesome or publicly embarrassing, but I'm hoping for the former.

A couple of weeks ago I approached my friend Mark about an idea I had for a Web site. Truth be told, I have no idea what I'm doing, and neither does Mark. What we do know is that there's a very simple formula to successful entrepreneurship: Make something people want or need.

If we create a Web site that people find useful enough to visit frequently then the rest is simple. So simple, in fact, that we're putting money on it.
