GOLF

There will be an ArborVitae Women's Center Golf Outing at the U-M Golf Course on Monday. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. Noon shotgun start “On Par for Life” will feature a continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf, raffles, prizes and a live and silent auction. The outing will conclude with a gala dinner at the Junge Center located at the Crisler Center. Dinner and auction begin at 5:30 pm. KIDS

The Library Lego League will have a "Lego Robot Wrestling" at the Ann Arbor District Library on Monday. 1-5 p.m. Two robots enter the ring, only one leaves victorious. Battle teams will assemble to create the most devastating robot possible. Build your demolition demon, program your plan of attack, then release the un-holy terror that is robot wrestling. FAIR

The 75th Annual Chelsea Community Fair returns to the Chelsea Community Fairgrounds starting Tuesday. Tuesday, noon-10 p.m. Wed. - Sat.,10 a.m.-10 p.m. Rides do not begin until 5 p.m. on Tuesday. This is the largest community owned and operated fair in the state of Michigan. Admission: $7. Children 10 years and under: Free. Thurs. Senior Day (65 and older): Free. FUNDRAISER

The Annual Great Gatsby Regatta to benefit the Saline crew team will be held Tuesday at Wellers Carriage House. 6-10 p.m. A “Roaring Twenties” themed adult dinner, dance, and silent auction. Attendees are encouraged (but not required) to come dressed in ‘20s-era garb. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes. You may also partake in a whiskey and cigar bar, mingle amongst antique cars and try your luck in the no-stakes Blackjack Challenge. $55 per person, $100 for two. STORYTELLING

"The Moth: Live Storytelling" continues at Circus Bar & Billiards on Tuesday. Doors open at 6 p.m., stories begin at 7:30 p.m. Moth shows are renowned for the great range of human experience they showcase. Each show starts with a theme, and the storytellers explore it, often in unexpected ways. This week's theme: About Time. $5 at the door. Circus is at 210 S. First St., Ann Arbor. 734-332-9900.

FOOD

Take in terrific local cuisine at the "Outstanding in the Field" dinner series at Back Forty Acres on Wednesday. 3 p.m. OitF tours the country bringing farm to fork meals to food lovers. Guest chef Brandon Johns of Grange Kitchen & Bar in Ann Arbor will prepare the multi-course meal in the group's al fresco kitchen.
