"in the area of Ann Arbor's historic black business district"? What makes the North Fouth Ave and Ann St the historic blck business district? I've lived her for nearly 40 years and don't recall a segregated section of town catering to only the black community. Kerrytown, the Farme's Market, Bellanina Spa, Heavenly Metal, Kerrytown Concert House, Dogma, Birkenstock, etc? What am I missing? Why the focus on seperating out sections on our town? What happened to integration, collaboration, inclusion, and cooperation? Yikes
