Art Fair poster watch: Summer Art Fair
One way the Ann Arbor Art Fairs build anticipation for the annual event is with their specially designed posters. Here's this year's poster for the Summer Art Fair, designed by Tim Marsh of Van Buren Township, the fair's featured artist:
Marsh says he has focused on oils since 2002, though he previously spent 17 years working with colored pencils. He teaches with the Visual Arts Association of Livonia and at the Summit in Canton. “My works of art explore natures dramatic patterns, bold shapes and a vivid color palette. I enjoy the relationships between the elements within each painting, which lends a touch of whimsy and the hint of a story that my change with each iewer.”

The four concurrent events that constitute the Ann Arbor Art Fairs will run 10 a.m.-9 p.m. July 21-23 and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. July 24.

Is there any way to order a poster now and have it shipped? Doubtful I will be able to get to fair this year. Also, are the ladies shirt short or long sleeved?
