The problem with this festival is the car parking all over the neighborhood across the street. There is illegal parking and then there is illegal dangerous parking. This is the dangerous kind. Cars are parked everywhere including in front of stop signs and all around the corners. The sheriff patrol cars came through last year and did not give one single ticket. This year, it is not only in the neighborhood, they are now parking all along Scio Church Rd. Everyone walks in the streets, baby strollers and all. We can't see to pull out and at night there are no street lights. Why is illegal and dangerous parking suddenly ok when they have their festival? There is going to be a pedestrian/car accident here one of these days.

Looks like a lot of empty seats. Was it well-attended this year? Most of the photos are of staff and entertainment.

We were there today from about 1:30 until about 6. It was crowded when we were leaving. I was going to try to get some gyros to go for my kids but the food line was so long I just told them that they were bumming, I wasn't waiting.

The event was certainly getting more popular as the evening progressed. I was also told by staff the festival becomes very lively and full dancing and singing at night

Our photographer was there in the earlier hours of the event on Friday. It continues all weekend, and my understanding is that it tends to get busier as each day progresses.

We're heading there with some friends this afternoon. I can't wait! We went last year and had a ball. I'm looking forward to the gyros, spanakopita and ouzo.
