The annual Summer Carnival sponsored by the Ann Arbor Jaycees returns to Pioneer High School starting Wednesday. Photographer Daniel Brenner captured these images.

The carnival runs Wednesday-Sunday (hours vary). Admission is free before 9 p.m., though there are charges for rides and attractions. For more information, see the Jaycees' carnival website.
