Local company Molly Maid, headquartered in Ann Arbor, will be featured in the new upcoming A&E series, "Be the Boss," in December.

The series premieres Sunday, Dec. 2 at 10 p.m. Molly Maid will be featured in the episode airing Dec. 23.

From the Emmy Award-winning creators of "Undercover Boss," "Be the Boss" is a competition-based series that pits two employees of a franchise-based company in the "battle of a lifetime," with the chance to become owner of their very own franchise and become their own boss.

Other companies scheduled to be featured in the show's first season include Complete Nutrition, Auntie Anne's, Signal 88 Security, Jazzercise and the Melting Pot.
