Treat tequila like the sassy but classy lady it is at the Cocktail Class: No Shots Allowed at Live/The Last Word.
Tequila deserves to be savored in cocktails. It's like a summer day. Warm, sultry and delightfully intoxicating. And don't worry, Mezcal will also make an appearance.
Just try to forget that scene from Poltergeist 2 before you go. Booze would never really treat you that bad.

Good Tequila deserves to be sipped straight up like a grown up. Cocktails are to "savor"..errr..... render palatable cheap Tequila in my not so humble opinion.
