Learn something new at the Ann Arbor Winter ReSkilling Festival

By Ann Dwyer

Are you a "do it yourself-er"? Do you brew your own beer? Knit your own scarves? Grow your own food? Or would you just like to?

Then the Ann Arbor Winter ReSkilling Festival at the Rudolf Steiner High School of Ann Arbor is for you.

This year, learn how to grow mushrooms, become a winter botanist, how to meditate, make homemade nut milks, write haikus, bake bread, create native landscaping, and design a rain garden. Get a complete schedule at www.a2reskilling.com. You'll also get to meet cool, like-minded people in the community, too.

Sunday, February 10, 2013. 10:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Free, and free child-care will be provided. The Rudolf Steiner High School is located at 2230 Pontiac Trail, Ann Arbor. 734-669-9394.
