The "Annual Antique and Classic Bicycle Show" returns to the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds. 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. The biggest, oldest and the best antique and classic bicycle show in the nation. See the Ypsilanti Symphony Orchestra with violin virtuoso Gareth Johnson at Pease Auditorium on the EMU campus. 3:30 p.m. A rare treat: Sphinx Laureate Gareth Johnson will perform Tchaikovsky's D major Violin Concerto on a rare 1709 Stradivari, part of The Henry Ford’s collection. $14/ adults; $7.50/ students, seniors and children under 12. $9 per person group rate (for a group of four or more). The "2012 Jewish Film Festival" starts at the Michigan Theater today and runs until Thursday. See double threat Ronny Cox at the Green Wood Coffee House. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., music at 8 p.m. Cox is often ironically identified with the villains he has played in movies such as "Total Recall" and "Robocop," but he has been writing songs and telling stories for over four decades. Take a bike ride in Pittsfield, our new paths lead to the parks and are fantastic. As an auto driver I wish every road was like Platt.
