YouTube video gets real about sustainability in the Kerrytown parking lot

By Jessica Webster

A humorous video filmed at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market and other Kerrytown businesses was posted on YouTube yesterday. Modeled after the viral "Whole Foods Parking Lot" video from 2011, the video features a man identified as Rich Money rapping about grass-fed beef, local farmers and recycling. Staff from Sparrow Market and Green Things Farm make brief cameos.

The video appears to be a project by the Erb Institute, a collaboration between the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ross School of Business, focusing on using "the power of business" to promote sustainability.
