QVC to broadcast Haab's celebration live from Riverside Park Sunday afternoon

Haab's recently won the show's “David’s Road Trip Contest,” which secured the restaurant a visit from host and cookbook author David Venable in July.
Tickets for Sunday's live broadcast are free and can be downloaded from the QVC website. You must bring your ticket and identification to the broadcast to gain entry. Check in begins at 10 a.m. for the noon broadcast.
Riverside Park is located at 6 W. Cross St., Ypsilanti.

Congratulations to Haab's. It will be interesting to see how QVC turns the restaurant into a "must-see foodie destination" when AAA gave them only one diamond out of four.

The elite flying in to feast at Haab's will expect the best, so don't be afraid to spend too much on red velvet rope. But I'd still suggest they simply stick with a limo service to and from the airport until they get the tax ramifications sorted out for the helipad

I think Haabs is great. Hopefully this national exposure will help their business.

So glad for the heads up. I will be out of town and expected not to return until they have moved out. Haabs is not the food of choice for those who are vegetarians and those who are watching their weight.
