If you love the soups at Beezy's Coffee & Cafe in Ypsilanti (and if you don't, chances are you haven't tried them), you can learn how to make them yourself tonight at 7 p.m. at the Ypsilanti District Library on Whittaker Road. Beezy's owner Bee Mayhew will lead a talk on making soup using Michigan food products. The event is free, and there will be samples available for tasting.
