According to an e-mail from Kay Seaser, the film liaison for the Ann Arbor Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Jason Segel / Emily Blunt romantic comedy feature film that's been shooting scenes in local spots for more than a month, "Five Year Engagement," will finish its local work in the next couple of weeks.

The movie "is supposed to wrap in Michigan Friday, Jun 24, unless they've changed the schedule lately. Then (they'll) go shoot in California and return to the Michigan production office in July to close up," Seaser wrote.

Meanwhile, University of Michigan Film Office director Lee Doyle has confirmed (also via e-mail) that "Engagement" filming on campus sites has concluded. "We wrapped with the film last week, but they are still in state, doing some studio work, I believe."

The movie conducted a high-profile overnight shoot Friday in Ann Arbor's Liberty Plaza.
