Entertainment in the air and in the sea: See Thunder Over Michigan and Jaws today

AIRPLANES

The Thunder Over Michigan Air Show ends today at the Yankee Air Museum Collections & Exhibits Building at Willow Run Airport. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The theme for this year’s show is Mustang Mania and 20 P-51 Mustangs are scheduled to appear. Special events will include a demonstration by a Sea Harrier F/A2, an appearance by the only flying B-29 Superfortress “FIFI” and World War II battle reenactments. Plane rides on vintage World War II aircraft can be purchased. $30 on the day of the event. Kids 15 and under get in free. BOOKS

The Ann Arbor District Library Friends Book Shop will hold their Annual Bag Sale. 1-4 p.m. Stock up on great used books. $5 per bag, they supply the bags. In the lower level at 343 S. Fifth Ave., Ann Arbor. 734-327-4200.

FILM

The Summer Classic Film Series will present "Jaws" at the Michigan Theater. 1:30 p.m. There will be an encore screening on Tuesday at 7 p.m. The classic Spielberg hit about a Great White shark terrorizing a resort island. MUSIC
