Ann Arbor youth poetry slam team for nationals announced

This year's Ann Arbor Youth Yoetry Slam competition has concluded, and the Neutral Zone will be sending the following local teens to represent Ann Arbor at the Brave New Voices national poetry slam competition in San Francisco this summer:

1st Place: Kerry Fingerle (senior, Community) Runner-Up: Sophia Ruf (junior, Huron) 3rd Place: Adam Hagopian-Zirkel (Washtenaw Technical Middle College) 4th Place (tie): Aaron Noffke (senior, Pioneer) 4th Place (tie): Kylie Power-Sullivan (junior, Huron) 5th Place: Rachel Kerby (junior, Skyline/Community) Alternate: Robyn Green (senior, Pioneer)
