I like your gopro timelapse Jeffrey. I like the way you moved to different locations, you captured the Art Fair perfectly! Was it in the case or "naked"?

Thank you! I used it in the open-aired case, that's the only way to mount it to anything.

Thanks, now I won't have to make my annual Saturday trip to the AAAF.

Looked like a very small crowd to me. Can't blame the weather this year Ann Arbor. Any other excuses? This fair need to go go the way of the Dodo bird! It's just too big and commercial now!

that's pretty cool stuff. neat. nice to see that someone did this. cool stuff! jeff, if you want to try something else with the art fair.... try this. use a long shutter speed, set it to iso 100, f22/f40 or something like that.... use manual mode... and to get proper exposure you'll have to use a long shutter speed. as a result... the people won't be in focus and it can show more movement. that way, people are less like charlie chaplin. here's an example outside of the business school and long shutter speeds http://youtu.be/aWokMX6-rGM here's a timelapse with long shutter speeds, that i did on CNN for July 4th http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-811044

Pclix, best intervoltmeter on the market!! Flicker between frames due to changing light can be a gremlin though!! Don't get that with a GoPro.

oh sweet! i want a GoPro... that's pretty cool that you can do this timelapse with one of those. nice stuff! if you don't have an intervalometer for your SLR, get one.

Kai, I used a GoPro for this which has no manual functions, but next time I use my SLR for one I'll try that out. Thanks for the pointers and for watching!

Well, that happened. Seems pretty pointless. Must be a slow day in the news. Yup. Nothing going on.

Cool time-lapse. And cool look onto the crowds, which seem *very* light to me in these images! Sad to see it, but not surprising, I suppose...
