Saline Family Hopes to Adopt 2nd African American Infant

Saline residents,  Joe and Carla Freeman hope to expand their family by adding a second child through adoption.  They site Saline as an adoption (specifically cross cultural) friendly community and are reaching out to the community to raise funds to bring their baby home.
