Would you #BuyThisNow on Twitter?
Social media and shopping have become even more intertwined now that Twitterand American Express have announced a new partnership. The two companies announced Tuesday that Amex cardholders will be able to make purchases by using a hashtag, according to a report in USA Today.
Users will be able to make purchases by tweeting hashtags from their cellphones or computers.
Once a deal is claimed, users have to then tweet a “confirmation” hashtag that is tweeted at them by a special @AmexSync Twitter account. American Express plans to offer other items through the service, including a Kindle Fire HD and an Xbox 360.

I think that makes spending money way to easy. I already have to be careful not to just click "purchase" on every deal that looks enticing on Groupon... to be tempted on Twitter as well would simply be too much;)
