The owners of the historic Manchester Mill plan to sell it, the Manchester Enterprise reported.

An increase in commercial real estate activity in the village prompted owners’ Karl and Pat Racenis’s decision to sell, the newspaper reported.

The building served as a working mill until 1981, according to information on its website. It was renovated into retail office and apartment space in 1985. Karl and Pat Racenis purchased it in 2001.
