What’s the best thrift or secondhand shop in Washtenaw County? The voters in AnnArbor.com’s BestOf contest say it’s the Ann Arbor PTO Thrift Shop which won 1st place, garnering 41 votes.

Best thrift or secondhand shop voting began last Sunday and ended at 11:59 p.m. Saturday. After the first few days it became a close race with ties for first and second place on many of the days of the week .

By the latter part of the week, the Ann Arbor PTO Thrift Shop emerged as #1 and finished the contest in first place. Ann Arbor Thrift Shop and Treasure Mart tied for second place. Kiwanis Thrift Sale finished in third.

This week’s contest is for best place to buy children’s clothing.
